Analysis of the mark

Our specialised analysts first lay down a watch strategy. They check all trademarks newly published by the applicant you wanted us to watch. We also take descriptive elements (e.g. 'company') into consideration.

Report content

• An overview list of the applicants watched, with your reference and the number of trademarks found.
• An overview list of all reported trademarks, containing the trademark name, the applicant, the class(es), the opposition date, the application number and date.
• A reproduction of the full publication for each published mark.
• The list of goods and services and the logo (if any) for each unpublished mark.

Report delivery

• Delivery by post, by e-mail or online via the Watch E-Services.
• You will receive a report every week or month.
