Analysis of the mark

Our trademark analysts enter the selection criteria into our search system. This system carries out an automated search and provides the analysts with a relevant selection.

Our analysts evaluate every listed trademark on visual, phonetic and conceptual similarity applying their trademark experience and jurisprudence knowledge.

Report content

A search strategy note in which our analysts explain their search strategy.

A computer list containing all the relevant trademarks reported by our search system. It gives you the trademark name and number, the registers and classes the mark was registered for and the year, bulletin and page it was published in.

An overview list containing all the identical and similar trademarks our analysts selected. It gives you the trademark name and number as well as its current owner/applicant, registers and classes.

A status report for every selected trademark. It gives you the current status of the mark, the goods and services the mark is used for (translated into English if relevant), a historical overview of the mark as well as its official publication.
