• Over 20 own different databases, built according to the highest quality standards. 
• Contain all trademark information, including status changes and renewals. 
• When new trademark information arrives, we update our databases as soon as possible. In some cases, this happens on a daily basis. 
• We include unpublished applications when available. 

Country coverage

International Register, Community Trademarks, Algeria, Austria, Benelux, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy (incl. San Marino), Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, O.A.P.I. (16 African countries), Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Analysis of the mark

Our search system limits the screening to alphabetically identical. E.g. for a search on SYMF, we report SYMFONY but not SYMPHONY. A prefix-float-suffix search is possible for a string of 3 letters or more.

Report content

A computer list containing all the relevant trademarks reported by our search system. It gives you the trademark name and number, the registers and classes the mark was registered for, the year, bulletin and page it was published.

Report delivery

• Possible report languages: English, French, German, Italian or Dutch.
• Delivery by e-mail. You can also use Search E-Services - Reports to consult your search history and search results online. This is free of charge. If you do not have a password yet please contact our Customer Support Department .
• Possible turnaround times: 4 hours (immediate), 24-48 hours (express).
