Analysis of the mark
Our trademark analysts enter the device codes into our search system. This system carries out an automated search and provides the analysts with a relevant selection. Because this first analysis phase is crucial, a quality expert double-checks all given device codes.
Our analysts evaluate every selected device mark on visual similarity appealing their trademark experience and jurisprudence knowledge.

A search strategy note in which our analysts explain the device codes and the search strategy.
A status report for every trademark in the overview list. It gives you the current status of the mark, the goods and services the mark is used for (translated into English on request and free of charge), a historical overview of the mark as well as its official publication.
An appendix with colour copies, for the selected device marks for which colour publications are available.
