Analysis of the design

You provide us with a copy of the design you want us to search and with the Locarno subclass(es) you want us to search.

Our specialised analysts check existing designs on visual similarity to your design. On request, they can also list all designs of one particular applicant.

For Community designs, you can also choose an all class search. In an all class search our analysts determine which Vienna codes apply to the design to be searched. These codes are used as a basis to search the entire Community Designs database, without taking into account the subject of the design.

Report content

A reproduction of each design, giving a description, the owner, the registration date and some images.

Report delivery

• Delivery by e-mail for searches of Community Designs. All other searches are delivered by courier.
• Possible turnaround times for industrial design searches: 5, 10 or 15 working days.
• A 24 hours or 48 hours turnaround time is possible on request for Community Designs, Spain and the United Kingdom.
• Possible turnaround times for Community Design Search All Class: 24 hours (on request), 48 hours, 5 working days.
