• Over 20 different databases, built according to the highest quality standards. 
• Contain all trademark information, including status changes and renewals. 
• When new trademark information arrives, we update our databases as soon as possible. In some cases, this happens on a daily basis. 
• We include unpublished applications when available.

Analysis of the mark

Our search system searches for trademark owners identical to the owner you are looking for. It also includes identical names accompanied by very descriptive elements like 'company'.

Report content

An overview list containing the trademarks of the owner we searched for. It gives you the trademark name and number as well as its owner/applicant and the registers and classes the mark was registered for.

A status report for every trademark in the overview list. It gives you the current status of the mark, the goods and services the mark is used for (translated in English on request and free of charge), a historical overview of the mark as well as its official publication.

Report delivery

• Possible report languages: English, French, German, Italian or Dutch.
• Delivery by courier. You can also use Search E-Services - Reports to consult your search history and search results online. This is free of charge. If you do not have a password yet please contact our Customer Support Department.
• Possible turnaround times: minimum 5 working days. For some registers a 24 hours turnaround time is available on request.
